Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, September 20, 2024 to Wednesday, September 25, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 32[nd] Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled to be held on the Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 2:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual means (“VC/OAVM”).
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with applicable rules (as amended) and Regulation 44 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Thursday, September 19, 2024 as cut-off date to enable Shareholders to exercise their right to vote by electronic means during the e-voting period on all resolutions set forth in the Notice of the 32nd AGM or to attend and vote during the AGM in accordance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) and Securities Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”).
The meeting commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:25 P.M.
