1. In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Company has signed a Collaboration & Licensing Agreement on March 24, 2023 with United Conveyor Corporation (UCC), USA for the purpose to bid and execute Ash Handling Projects for Thermal Power Plants in India.

2. The details, as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th ] September 2015, are annexed herewith as Annexure-1.
