2. To consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021;

3. To consider and recommend Dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year 2020-21, if any.

Further as intimated vide our letter dated March 30, 2021 and pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons ('the Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all designated persons as covered under the Code from April 01, 2021 and shall open 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 are submitted to the Stock Exchange.
