Scope of Activities of Company	Şirketin amaç ve konusu şunlardır: 1. Doğal elyaflardan ve/veya sentetik hammaddelerden elyaf, bant ve ipliklerin imal, ithal, ihraç ve ticaretini yapabilir. 2. Doğal ve/veya sentetik elyaf, bant ve ipliklerden her türlü dokuma ve örgü kumaşların imal ithal, ihraç ve ticaretini yapabilir. 3. Doğal ve/veya sentetik kumaşlardan mamul konfeksiyonların imal, ithal, ihraç ve ticaretini yapabilir. 4. Sentetik elyaf, bant ve iplik üretmek için kullanılan her türlü hammaddelerin imal, ithal, ihraç ve ticaretini yapabilir. 5. Kimya Sanayi ana ve ara maddeleri imal, ithal, ihraç ve ticaretini yapabilir. 6. Plastik veya mineralden mamul optik özellikli gözlük camı, imal, ithal ve ticaretini yapabilir. Poliüretan hammaddeleri (Polyol-TDI-Metilen Clorid) İthalatı, ihracatı ve ticareti, Kauçuk plakalar ithalatı ve ticareti yapabilir 7. Plastik veya deriden mamul her nevi ayakkabı, bot, çanta ve saraciye eşyasının imal, ithal, ihraç ve ticaretini yapabilir. 8. Yukarıda tanımlanan imalat için gerekli makineleri imal edebilir, bunlarla ilgili her türlü sanayii kurabilir. 9. Toplu konut, iş hanı, çarşı, depo, fabrika, turistik tesis, otel, yazlık evler ve sair gayrimenkul mahaller inşa edebilir veya inşa ettirerek bunları olduğu gibi veya kat, daire veya bölümler halinde satabilir; icabında kiraya verebilir veya işletebilir, her nevi iç ve dış turizm yatırımı yapabilir. Şirket bu amaçla oteller, moteller, apart oteller, tatil köyleri, tatil konutları, pansiyonlar, kamplar, kaplıcalar, içmeler, yat limanları ile benzeri sair turistik amaçlı her çeşit tesisi kurabilir, kiralayabilir, işletebilir, işlettirebilir. 10. Her nevi makine elektrik, elektronik sanayi ile ilgili elektrikli aletler, araçlar, gereçler makineler ve diğer teçhizat türleri jeneratör, dizel motorları, elektrik motorları ve benzeri malların imal, ithal, ihraç ve ticaretinde bulunabilir. 11. Her çeşit kara, deniz ve hava ulaştırma araçları imal veya ithal edebilir, kiralayabilir, satın alabilir, nakliye filoları kurabilir, bunları işletebilir, kiraya verebilir ve satabilir.
