Yönetim Kurulumuzun 13.03.2025 tarihli toplantısında; Şirketimizin 15.04.2025 tarihinde yapılacak 2024 yılı faaliyetlerinin görüşüleceği Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmak üzere;

-Sermayeyi temsil eden hisse senedi sahiplerine, (ödenmiş sermayeye göre % 100 oranında) brüt 32.387.040,00 TL kar payı ödenmesi,

-Buna göre ayrılan 32.387.040,00 TL.nın ortaklarımıza 1,00 TL nominal değerli hisse başına 1,00 TL nakit kar payı olarak dağıtılması; dağıtılacak kar payının 22.071.881,69 TL'nın dönem karından, kalan 10.315.158,31 TL'nın ise olağanüstü yedek akçelerden karşılanması

-Kar payı dağıtım tarihinin belirlenmesi konusunda yönetim kuruluna yetki verilmesi,

Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Stopaja tabi olmadığı bilinen tüzel kişi ortakların payına isabet eden kısım için stopajsız hesaplama yapılırken, bilinmeyen kısmın tamamı için stopaj kesintisi yapılacağı varsayılarak " to plam net kar payı" hesaplaması yapılmıştır. Net hesaplama, %15 oranında gelir vergisi stopajı olacağı varsayımı ile yapılmıştır.
