Additional Explanations

Yönetim Kurulumuz 16.03.2021 tarihli toplantısında, Şirketin 09.04.2021 tarihinde yapılacak olağan genel kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere, sermayeyi temsil eden hisselere (ödenmiş sermayeye göre %300 oranında) toplam 1.905.120 TL kar payı dağıtılmasının önerilmesi şeklinde karar almıştı.

Yönetim Kurulumuz bu kararını 22.03.2021 tarihli toplantısında, Şirketin 09.04.2021 tarihinde yapılacak olağan genel kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere, sermayeyi temsil eden hisselere (ödenmiş sermayeye göre %600 oranında) toplam 3.810.240 TL kar payı dağıtılmasının önerilmesi olarak revize etmiştir.

Buna göre, ayrılan 3.810.240 TL'nın ortaklarımıza 1 TL nominal değerli hisse başına 6,00 TL nakit kar payı olarak dağıtılması ve nakit kar payı dağıtımının 03.05.2021 tarihinde yapılması önerilecektir.

Yönetim Kurulumuzun 22.03.2021 tarihinde yaptığı toplantısında;

-Şirketin ödenmiş sermayesine göre %600 oranında toplam 3.810.240 TL nakit kar payı dağıtılması,

-Dağıtılacak karın 2.338.751 TL'nın dönem karından, kalan 1.471.489 TL'nın ise olağanüstü yedek akçeden karşılanması,
