Yönetim Kurulumuzun 27.05.2020 tarihinde yapılan toplantısında;

7244 sayılı Yeni Koronavirüs Salgınının Ekonomik ve Sosyal Hayata Etkilerinin Azaltılması Hakkında Kanun ile Bazı Kanunlarda Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Kanun'un 12. Maddesiyle; 13/01/2011 tarihli ve 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'na eklenen geçici 13. Maddesine uygun olarak; 1 Ocak 2019-31 Aralık 2019 hesap dönemine ait 468.249,07 TL net dönem karından dağıtılabilecek azami tutar olan 117.062,26 TL'nın dağıtılmayarak, olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılması hususunda 23.06.2020 tarihinde yapılacak olağan genel kurul toplantısına önerge verilmesine karar verilmiştir,
