Dividend Payment Table Explanation

Yönetim Kurulumuzun 04.04.2018 tarihli toplantısında;

Şirketimizin 26.04.2018 tarihinde yapılacak 2017 yılı faaliyetlerinin görüşüleceği Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmak üzere;

2017 yılı hesap dönemi Yasal Kayıtlarına göre hazırlanmış olan Mali tablolarında dönem karı oluşmadığından olağanüstü yedeklerden, sermayeyi temsil eden hisse senedi sahiplerine, (ödenmiş sermayeye göre % 150 oranında) 952.560 TL kar payı ödenmesi,

-Buna göre ayrılan; 952.560 TL.nın ortaklarımıza 1 TL nominal değerli hisse başına 1,5 TL nakit kar payı olarak dağıtılması ve nakit kar dağıtımının 15/08/2018 tarihini geçmemek üzere şirketin nakit durumuna uygun bir tarihte yapılması için Yönetim Kuruluna yetki verilmesi,

hususlarında karar alınmıştır.
