26.12.2023 tarihinde yayınlanan İstanbul İli, Şişli İlçesi, Mecidiyeköy Mahallesi, 1946 Ada, 136 Parsel 'de yer alan Kanyon AVM 'ye ait 26.12.2023 tarih ve 23_400_368 numaralı kira ekspertiz raporunda, İŞGYO hissesi yıllık toplam potansiyel kira değeri 184.830.000 TL yerine sehven 187.770.000 TL yazılmıştır. Kanyon AVM Kira Değerleme raporu düzeltilmiş olup yeniden tanzim edilmiştir.

The rental appraisal report for real estate located in İstanbul Province, Şişli District, Mecidiyeköy Neighborhood, Block 1946, Plot 136 was published in 26.12.2023 with report number 23_400_368.

In this report the total amount of potential rent share of İŞGYO was mistakenly written as 187,770,000 TL instead of 184,830,000 TL.

The revised rental appraisal report for real estate located in İstanbul Province, Şişli District, Mecidiyeköy Neighborhood, Block 1946, Plot 136 is attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.  According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
