Şirketimizin 26 Mart 2024 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında onaylanan Şirketimiz bağımsız denetiminin 2024 yılı hesap dönemi için PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından yerine getirilmesi hususu İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 26 Nisan 2024 tarihinde tescil edilerek, 2 Mayıs 2024 tarih ve 11073 sayılı Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.

Registration of our General Assembly Meeting decision on March 26, 2024 to select PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.(a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers)  as the independent auditor for the audit of 2024 year financial reports was made by İstanbul Trade Registry Office on April 26, 2024 and it has been announced by Trade Registry Gazette of Turkey on May 2, 2024, numbered 11073.

"This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail."
