Yönetim Kurulumuzun 26 Şubat 2021 tarihli toplantısında; sermaye piyasası mevzuatı, Şirket Ana Sözleşmesi ve Şirket Kar Dağıtım Politikası'na uygun olarak hazırlanmış olan kar payı dağıtım önerisi uyarınca; Şirketin mevcut stratejileri çerçevesinde, genel ekonomik konjonktür ve Şirket finansman politikası dikkate alınarak, Şirketin nakit akışlarını optimize etmek amacıyla kar payı dağıtılmaması, sermaye piyasası mevzuatına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolar ile yasal kayıtlardaki net dönem karları üzerinden mevzuat gereği ayrılması gereken kanuni yedek akçenin ayrılmasından sonra; Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre oluşan kardan kalan bakiyenin olağanüstü yedeklere, sermaye piyasası mevzuatına uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre oluşan kardan kalan bakiyenin geçmiş yıl karlarına aktarılması hususunun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
