Yönetim Kurulumuzun 22 Mart 2023 tarihinde yapılan toplantısında; Şirket Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına Sayın Can Yücel'in, Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekilliğine Sayın Kubilay Aykol'un seçilmesine karar verilmiştir.

At the meeting of Board of Directors held on March 22, 2023; Mr. Can Yücel was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Kubilay Aykol was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
