Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği uyarınca, Şirket Yönetim Kurulu Komiteleri çalışma esasları çerçevesinde görev yapmak üzere;

• Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi, Komite Başkanlığı'na Sn. Prof. Dr. Oğuz Cem Çelik'in, Komite Üyeliklerine Sn. İlkay Arıkan, Sn. Kubilay Aykol, Sn. Murat Doğan ve Şirket Yatırımcı İlişkileri & Sürdürülebilirlik Bölümü'nün bağlı olduğu Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Sn. Ayşegül Şahin Kocameşe'nin seçilmesine,
• Aday Gösterme Komitesi ile Ücret Komitesi'nin ayrıca oluşturulmamasına, söz konusu komitelerin görevlerinin Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi tarafından yerine getirilmesine,
• Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi, Komite Başkanlığı'na Sn. Prof. Dr. Arzu Erdem'in, Komite Üyeliklerine ise Sn. Kubilay Aykol ve Sn. Murat Doğan'ın seçilmesine,
• Denetimden Sorumlu Komite Başkanlığı'na Sn. İlkay Arıkan'ın, Komite Üyeliğine ise Sn. Prof. Dr. Arzu Erdem'in seçilmesine

karar verilmiştir.

In accordance with the Corporate Governance Communiqué of the Capital Markets Board No. II-17.1, in order to work within the framework of the working principles of the Company's Board of Directors Committees, it was decided;

• to elect Prof. Oğuz Cem Çelik as the Chairman of the "Corporate Governance Committee" whereas Mr. İlkay Arıkan, Mr. Kubilay Aykol, Mr. Murat Doğan and Ms. Ayşegül Şahin Kocameşe ( Assistant General Manager responsible for Investor Relations & Sustainability ) as the committee members,
• not to establish Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee since the functions of these committees will be performed by the Corporate Governance Committee,
• to elect Prof. Arzu Erdem as the Chairman of the "Committee for Early Recognition of Risk" whereas Mr. Kubilay Aykol and Mr. Murat Doğan as the committee members,
• to elect Mr. İlkay Arıkan as the Chairman of the "Committee for Audit" and Prof. Arzu Erdem as the committee member.
