20.03.2024 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu Toplantısı'nda;

6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat yükümlülükleri uyarınca PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) 2024, 2025 ve 2026 yıllarını kapsayacak şekilde 3 yıllık süreyle Şirketimiz bağımsız denetçisi olarak seçilmesinin, ilgili yıllarda yapılacak Genel Kurul Toplantılarında onaya sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

At the Board of Directors Meeting on March 20, 2024;

It has been decided to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) as the independent audit firm for our Company for a period of 3 years covering 2024, 2025 and 2026 in accordance with principles stipulated by the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and other applicable legislation and to submit the aforementioned decision for the approval of shareholders at the relevant Ordinary General Assembly Meetings for each year.
