Şirketimizin 26 Mart 2024 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında, 2024 yılı hesap dönemi için bağımsız denetim hizmeti almak üzere PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine karar verilmiştir.

At the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on March 26, 2024, it was resolved to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit institution for the fiscal year 2024.

"This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail."
