Şirketimizin 21 Mart 2023 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında onaylanan Şirketimiz bağımsız denetiminin 2023 yılı hesap dönemi için Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından yerine getirilmesi hususu İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 4 Nisan 2023 tarihinde tescil edilerek, 5 Nisan 2023 tarih ve 10805 sayılı Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.

Registration of our General Assembly Meeting decision on March 21, 2023 to select Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. ( a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) as the independent auditor for the audit of 2023 year financial reports was made by İstanbul Trade Registry Office on April 4, 2023 and it has been announced by Trade Registry Gazette of Turkey on April 5, 2023, numbered 10805.

"This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail."
