Ironveld, the AIM quoted mining development company, announces that, further to the announcement of 26 October 2023, the shareholder circular (the "Circular") providing further details of the Fundraising and Notice of General Meeting has been posted to shareholders today.

The Circular contains a Notice of General Meeting to be held at the offices of Cavendish, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on 13 November 2023 at 10.00 a.m. (the "General Meeting").

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available to view at the Company's website www.ironveld.com.

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular.

NOTES TO EDITORS

Ironveld (IRON.LN) is the owner of Mining Rights over approximately 28 kilometres of outcropping Bushveld magnetite with a SAMREC compliant ore resource of some 56 million tons of ore grading 1.12% V2O5, 68.6% Fe2O3 and 14.7% TiO2.

In 2022 Ironveld agreed to acquire and refurbish a smelter facility in Rustenburg, South Africa, in which it can process its magnetite ore into the marketable products of high purity iron, titanium slag and vanadium slag. This transaction became unconditional in March 2023.
