Ironveld plc, the pig iron and vanadium company, was notified today that on 28 October 2013, Rupert Fraser, Non-Executive Director, sold his holding of 293,724 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.66 pence per share in order to satisfy a tax obligation.
