Iron Road Limited (ASX: IRD) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Iron Road Limited (‘IRD’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of IRD, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 3 May 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Iron Road Ltd – Request for Trading Halt
Iron Road Ltd (Company) (ASX: IRD) requests a trading halt to be placed on its securities immediately.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

a) the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raise;

b) the Company requests that securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Monday 3 May 2021; and
-
c) the Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
