Appendix 3B and Cleansing Statement
Attached is an Appendix 3B for quotation of 150,000 shares issued upon the exercise of 150,000 unlisted options. The shares are part of a class of securities quoted on ASX Limited.
Cape Lambert Resources Limited (the Company ) gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.
The shares were issued without disclosure to the recipient under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act.
Cape Lambert is an Australian domiciled, mineral investment company. Its current investment portfolio is geographically diverse and consists of mineral assets and interests in mining and exploration companies.
The Company continues to focus on investment in early stage resource projects and companies, primarily in iron ore, copper and gold. Its “hands on” approach is geared to add value and position assets for development and/or sale.
The Board and management exhibit a strong track record of delivering shareholder value.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act; and

(b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act.
