Australian resources company Kupang Resources Limited (ASX: KPR) ( Kupang or Company ) provides this announcement to clarify the recent transfer of Kupang shares by Cape Lambert Resources Limited ( Cape Lambert ).

Cape Lambert, a major shareholder in Kupang, recently completed an off market transfer whereby 572,409 ordinary Kupang shares were transferred from Cape Lambert to its wholly owned subsidiary Dempsey Resources Pty Ltd (its investment holding subsidiary).
