ASX Listing Rule 3.4
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rules 3.4, following the close of Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited’s ( Cape Lambert ) off-market bid for all the fully paid ordinary shares in Corvette Resources Limited, Cape Lambert provides the following information:
-
(a) a distribution schedule in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 4.10.7; and
-
(b) Cape Lambert’s Top 20 Shareholders and the percentage held in accordance with Listing Rule 4.10.9.
Cape Lambert is an Australian domiciled, mineral investment company. Its current investment portfolio is geographically diverse and consists of mineral assets and interests in mining and exploration companies.
The Company continues to focus on investment in early stage resource projects and companies, primarily in iron ore, copper and gold. Its “hands on” approach is geared to add value and position assets for development and/or sale.
The Board and management exhibit a strong track record of delivering shareholder value.
