Dispatch of Rights Issue Offer Document
Cyclone Metals Limited (ASX: CLE ) ( Cyclone or the Company ) is pleased to confirm the dispatch of the Offer Documents in connection with the Company’s non-renounceable rights issue as announced on 18 November 2024.
The Offer opens today, 25 November 2024, and is expected to close at 5:00pm (AWST) 4 December 2024.
Shareholders wishing to participate in the Offer are encouraged to obtain a copy of their personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form located at the offer website www.computersharecas.com.au/cleoffer.
