Extension of Cleansing Prospectus Closing Date

Cyclone Metals Limited (ASX: CLE ) ( Cyclone or the Company ) advises that it has resolved to extend the closing date of its Cleansing Prospectus dated 1 September 2021 ( Cleansing Prospectus ).

The new closing date for the Cleansing Prospectus is 30 September 2021 ( Closing Date ).

The Closing Date is indicative only and may be subject to change. The Directors reserve the right to vary this date without prior notice, but subject to any applicable requirements of the Corporations Act or the Listing Rules.

This announcement has been approved by the Company’s board of directors.
