Sale of 20% interest in Central African Resources Ltd
Australian resource and investment company, Cape Lambert Resources Limited ( ASX: CFE ) ( Cape Lambert or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has sold its 20% interest in Central African Resources Ltd ( CAR ) for approximately $AUD550,000. Cape Lambert held 20% of CAR which has iron ore tenements in Gabon.
Cape Lambert Executive Chairman, Mr Tony Sage, said “This transaction has enabled the Company to increase it’s cash reserves as well as reducing our exposure to iron ore given the current state of that market.”
