Appointment of New Director

Cyclone Metals Limited (ASX: CLE ) ( Cyclone or the Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new director to the board of Cyclone, effective 13 April 2022. Mr Ross brings with him significant operational expertise and experience in the mining sector.

Mr Stirling Ross – Non-Executive Director

Mr Stirling Ross began his career in the transport industry specialising in hazardous storage and logistics of agricultural and mining chemicals for large multinationals. He then transitioned into a trading role in agricultural and mining products.

Mr Ross has spent the past 12 years with Eastman Chemical Company managing Australia and New Zealand in the Agricultural, Mining and Oil/Gas sectors.

Cyclone Non-Executive Chairman, Terry Donnelly commented, ”We welcome Mr Ross to the board and believe he can add further depth with relevant operational expertise and experience, particularly in a regional context as the Company has recently acquired NZ interests.”

This announcement has been approved by the Company’s board of directors.
