Appointment Joint Company Secretary
Cyclone Metals Limited (ASX: CLE ) ( Cyclone or the Company ) confirms the appointment of Catherine Grand-Edwards as Joint Company Secretary effective 24 June 2022.
Together, Catherine Grant-Edwards and Melissa Chapman (previously appointed as Company Secretary 31 January 2014) will perform the role of Joint Company Secretary. Ms Chapman and Ms Grant-Edwards are the co-founders of Bellatrix Corporate Pty Ltd ( Bellatrix ), a company that provides company secretarial and accounting services to a number of ASX listed companies.
This announcement has been approved by the Company’s board of directors.
