Annual General Meeting Information

Cyclone Metals Limited (ASX: CLE ) ( Cyclone or the Company ) anticipates that it will hold its next Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 November 2022.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and its Constitution, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company on or before 5:00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 19 October 2022, being as least 30 business days before the date of the AGM.

Pursuant to the Company’s Constitution, nominations must be sent by mail to the Company’s registered office.

This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
