The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 15, 2026, has "in principle" approved the shifting of the Registered Office from Vashi to Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, subject to receipt of necessary regulatory approvals. The said change will be effected upon completion of the required formalities, and appropriate disclosures will be made.
