REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

IRIS Metals Limited ( Company ) (ASX: IR1) wishes to request voluntary suspension of all the quoted securities of the Company to apply from 23 December 2022.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to this request:

• the Company is seeking suspension pending an announcement to the market, regarding finalisation of a capital raising and proposed transaction under Listing Rule 11.1;

• it is requested that the suspension be put in place until the Company has complied with the procedures outline in section 2.10 of Guidance Note 12 in relation to the proposed transaction; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why a voluntary suspension should not be granted.
