Messrs. Simon Lill and Bruce Smith have resigned from the Board of IRIS Metals Limited (ASX:IR1) effective as of today’s date.

Mr. Peter Marks will take on the role of Chairman, continuing to be supported on the Board by Mr Tal Paneth and Mr Chris Connell.

The Company wishes to thank Simon and Bruce for their contributions.

In light of the Company’s sole focus on its significant American lithium project, the Directors have commenced a search to identify suitably qualified and experienced personnel. Once such appointment/s have been finalised the market will be informed accordingly.
