Chief Financial Officer Appointment

IRIS Metals Limited (“ IRIS ” or the “ Company ”) ( ASX:IR1 ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Luke Manos as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of IRIS.

Mr Manos is a Finance Manager with the CFO Advisory division of the Automic Group. Having also worked internationally in New Zealand and London, Mr Manos’ experience extends to statutory, regulatory and management reporting with strong technical accounting knowledge, financial analysis skills and project management skills.

With Mr Lim leaving the Automic Group to pursue other opportunities, the Company would like to thank Mr William Lim for his service as CFO of IRIS.
