Completion of MainstreamBPO transaction

On 13 July 2017, IRESS (IRE.ASX) announced it had entered into an agreement with MainstreamBPO (MAI.ASX) to divest a part of its superannuation administration business that provides services to customerowned banks.

IRESS advises that the transaction has now been formally completed.
