IRESS appoints new Group Executive – Communications & Marketing

IRESS has announced the appointment of Coran Lill to the new role of Group Executive – Communications & Marketing.

Mr Lill will have responsibility for leading the existing communications and marketing team globally. He will oversee all internal and external communications, including corporate, business and employee communications as well as IRESS’ marketing strategy and program. He will report to IRESS chief executive Andrew Walsh.

“The new role reflects the continued growth of IRESS in Australia and internationally, as well as the increasing breadth, depth and unified nature of the services we are providing to clients,” Mr Walsh said.

“Coran brings a broad range of skills and experience to the role. He has a background as a corporate lawyer, business journalist and communications consultant. Most recently he has consulted to a range of fund managers, banks, insurers and dealer groups as well to technology companies, including IRESS.”

“Before this, he led the media relations team at BT Financial Group for several years and worked for a large public relations agency working for international companies across both corporate communications and marketing.”

Mr Lill will commence the role in January.
