IRESS today announced that Mr Stuart Bland will step down from his role as Company Secretary effective from today.
Mr Bland has been Company Secretary of IRESS since February 2002 and is stepping down from the role due to the expanding demands from his position as Chief Financial Officer, in which he continues.
The board acknowledges and thanks Mr Bland for the contribution he has made during this time.
