Retirement of Mr Bill Burdett as Non-Executive Director
IRESS today announced that non-executive director Mr Bill Burdett has signalled his intention to step down from the board at the conclusion of the coming Annual General Meeting on 3 May 2012.
Mr Burdett has been a director of IRESS since 2006 and is retiring as part of an orderly renewal of the board.
The board acknowledges and thanks Bill for the significant contribution he has made during this time. The board will announce a non-executive director appointment in due course.
