APPOINTMENT OF TONY D’ALOISIO AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

IRESS today announced the appointment of Mr Tony D’Aloisio as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 1 June 2012.

Mr Peter Dunai, Chairman of the IRESS Board said:

“We are very pleased to welcome Tony as a director of the Company. Tony has a great depth of experience in executive and non-executive roles which are of direct relevance to IRESS as we grow our international footprint in financial markets and wealth management. In particular, Tony’s experience in financial markets including appointments as Chairman of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and as CEO and Managing Director of the ASX will add significantly to the Board’s experience.”
