Retirement of Mr Tony Killen (OAM)

IRESS today announced that non-executive director Mr Tony Killen has signalled his intention to step down from the board at the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr Killen has been a director of IRESS and Chairman of the Audit Committee since joining the board as one of two independent directors when the company listed in November 2000. Tony is retiring as part of an orderly renewal of the board.

The board acknowledges and thanks Tony for the very significant contribution he has made during this time.

Directors anticipate announcing a new appointment to the board in the coming weeks.
