Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Hayes, as a non-executive Director of the company.

Mr Hayes brings over 40 years broad experience in Australian financial markets to the board, with particularly strong skills in financial matters. Mr Hayes was Chief Financial Officer of ASX Limited for more than 8 years, where he was responsible for the overall financial management of the ASX, including facilitating the merger with the SFE. Mr Hayes was also responsible for the Legal and Administrative Services within ASX. Prior roles included Vice-President of Banking and Financial Services Research with Bankers Trust Australia Limited and Chief Financial Officer of Advance Bank Australia Limited.

Mr Hayes will be assuming the role a Chairman of the Audit Committee.
