Transaction of Greater Significance

Reggio Emilia, 29 December 2025 – Iren S.p.A. hereby announces that the information document, together with its annex, relating to a transaction with a related party qualified as significant, concerning the inclusion of the subsidiary TRM S.p.A. within the Group's centralized financial management (specifically, treasury operations) through the execution of the relevant contractual agreements.
