Notice of Filing of Information Document on a Related Party Transaction of Greater Significance

Reggio Emilia, 8 April 2025 – Iren S.p.A. hereby announces that an update of the information document regarding a previous transaction with a related party, classified as of "major importance", is being made available to the public at the Company Headquarters and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. The update, in particular, relates to the annual adjustment, based on the variation of the Istat index, of the "REMbaseMAN" fee provided for by the agreement for the concession, through project financing, of the plant and energy requalification activity aimed at improving the efficiency of the properties of the city of Turin, including management and maintenance, in place between Iren Smart Solutions S.p.A. and the Municipality of Turin.
