Notice of filing of a new version of the Procedure on Related Party Transactions

Reggio Emilia, 12 February 2025 – Iren S.p.A. announces that, on 4 February 2025, the text of the Procedure for Related Party Transactions adopted by the Company was refined, with certain nonsubstantial clarifications (the update of which, it should be noted, was approved by the Board of Directors on 18 December 2024 - following the unanimous favorable opinion of the Committee for Related Party Transactions - with effect from 1 January 2025, as indicated in the press release issued on the same date of 18 December 2024).

These refinements, made in application of Article 16.2 of the same Procedure for Related Party Transactions, are aimed, in short, at better specifying the scope of specific provisions.
