Notice of Filing of Information Document on a Related Party Transaction of Greater Significance

Reggio Emilia, 10 January 2025 – Iren S.p.A. hereby announces that an update of the public, at the Company's registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., an update of the information document relating to a previous transaction with a related party qualified as being of greater significance. The update concerns the adjustment of the Service Agreement between Azienda Multiservizi Igiene Ambientale Torino S.p.A. and the Municipality of Turin with respect to the provisions of the resolution of the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment - ARERA of 3 August 2023 no. 85/2023/r/rif (containing the 'model outline of the service contract for the regulation of relations between entrusting bodies and managers of the urban waste service, in which sets out the mandatory minimum essential contents').
