Mr. Signorini audit outcome

Reggio Emilia, 29 July 2024 - The Board of Directors of Iren SpA, which met today, began examining the final reports of the extraordinary audits - one carried out by the internal function and one by the qualified advisor Deloitte - activated after the legal proceedings involving the former CEO Mr. Paolo Signorini, dismissed by the Company on June 25th.

The in-depth analyses concerned the activities carried out and the methods with which the delegations were exercised and his role in the short term of office as CEO and General Manager of the Company.

At the moment there are no material financial impacts; however, the Company reserves the right to further investigate and take any actions.
