Notice of filing of documents relating to Corporate Governance

Reggio Emilia, 6 February 2025 – Iren S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors, which met on 4 February 2025, approved the document entitled "Guidelines of the Board of Directors of Iren S.p.A. to shareholders on the qualitative and quantitative composition of the Board of Directors for the threeyear period 2025-2027".

The document is available on the website www.gruppoiren.it, under the path "Governance – Corporate documents – Other documents", as well as on the authorized storage mechanism Sdir Storage (). The same document will also be made available in the section of the website dedicated to the Shareholders' Meeting which will be convened, within the terms established by law, among other things, for the approval of the financial statements for the 2024 financial year as well as for the renewal of the Board of Directors of the Company for the three-year period 2025-2027.
