Iren, Tiziana Merlino resigns as Board Member

Reggio Emilia, 30 August 2024 - Iren SpA announces that Mrs. Tiziana Merlino has resigned from her position as a member of the Board of Directors of the company, effective September 1, 2024, for strictly personal reasons.

Mrs. Merlino was an independent and non-executive director, and also held the position of member of the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee. Based on the communications made to the Company and the public, Mrs. Merlino does not appear to hold, at the time of her resignation, any shares in the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company will proceed to replace her shortly.
