Filing of the meeting minutes

Reggio Emilia, 24 July 2024 - In relation to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 27 June 2024, Iren S.p.A. informs that the minutes and the related attachments are available to the public at the registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. pursuant to art. 125-quater, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 and subsequent amendments. (Consolidated Finance Act) and art. 85 of Consob Resolution 14/5/1999 n. 11971 and subsequent amendments.
