Dear Sir/ Madam, महोदय / महोदया,
Pursuant to Regulation 42 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, 21st May, 2021 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of Shareholders for the issuance of fully paid up Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. issue of 1 (one) equity share for every existing 1 (one) equity share), subject to approval of shareholders which is being obtained through postal ballot.
Please take note of the above information on record.
सेबी (सूिचबȠ दाियȕ एवं Ůकटीकरण अपेƗाए) िविनयमन, 2015 के िविनयमन 42 (2) के तहत कं पनी नेशुŢवार, 21 मई, 2021 को įरकॉडŊ ितिथ के ŝप मŐ तय िकया हैिजसका उȞेʴ शेयरधारको को 1:1 क ं े अनुपात मे पूरी तरह से भुगतान िकए गए बोनस शेयर जारी करना है (यािन की, िलए 1 (एक) पूरी तरह से भुगतान िकए गए इİƓटी शेयर के िलए 1 (एक) पूरी तरह से भुगतान िकए गए इİƓटी शेयर का भुगतान), जो िक शेयरधारको सं े अनुमोदन के अधीन है और पोːल बैलट के माȯम से Ůाɑ िकया जा रहा है।
