Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule Ill and Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015; this is to intimate that a conference call is scheduled to be held on Friday 9[th] February, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. (IST), to discuss the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31[st] December, 2023.

Please find enclosed herewith the Conference Call invitation hosted by the Company.

Note: Time is subject to change. Changes may happen due to exigencies on the part of the Company.
