Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule Ill and Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015; this is to intimate that a conference call is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 9[th] February, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (IST), to discuss the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31[st] December, 2022.
